Hi fellow ambassadors,

My name is Norah and I will be representing Saudi Arabia. I grew up and live in the UK, whilst visiting Saudi annualy. Probably makes me a Saudi Brit. At the moment, I am an Interior Architecture and Furniture Conservation Assistant for the National Trust, its such a long title, I know.

I am looking forward to meeting you all and taking part in this cultural exchange of thoughts. Excitingly enough, I got to meet Tor (British ambassador) yesterday for a coffee, we thought it would be smart to meet before we travel together on the same flight to Oman. We managed to discuss a whole lot of topics for two hours (the cafe's waiter had to kick us out). I think I can say for both of us, it gave us a taste of what to come.

I've been busy the last few days, working and organising a trip to my friends home town in Turkey for Eid, that might be interesting to blog about after.
